Mary Raddell
Radiant Heart Alchemy is a weaving of Energetics, Somatics and Body-based listening and practices to assist and guide individuals to realign and recalibrate their nervous system, release tension, and restore balance. As a Somatic Guide, I support individuals in reconnecting with the wisdom of their body. Through gentle, yet powerful guidance you will experience how the practices of breath, sound, energetics, visualization, connected touch and grounded presence, create a safe space where unspoken emotions, old patterns and hidden stories can rise and release. Clients often leave feeling lighter, clearer, more connected and better able to meet life with greater confidence, clarity and ease.
Mary, has over a decade of experience working with clients with trauma and chronic pain. Her background in Physical Therapy, Psychedelic Integration and many energetic and body based modalities ( MFR, massage, CST, EFT, Reiki, Tantra & Shamanic Healing) opened pathways to creating a heart centered, body based process for greater alignment and ease in everyday living.
